Your new challenge

You will be part of the SAP Support Team Manager Wholesale and be responsible for the support of a B to B Portal working with SAP in all european countries of our client you will be responsible to develop and maintain your knowledge and expertise of the portal and act as SPOC for all Key Users in Europe. you will identify problems and areas for improvement and check consistency between the SAP Solutions and the portal (SD/CS); you will asa well develop, maintain and deliver appropriate documentation to business users.
